1. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
2. Interest @ 24% p.a will be charges from the date there of GST and other Govt. taxes if any will be borne by the our Risk & Responsibility cases as soon as goods leave our premises or godown.
3. Brokers shall be equally responsible for payment due against supplies made through them.
4. All Disputes are subject to Uttar Pradesh,India Jurdiction only.
